About
Local Sod FL
Commercial sod delivery and installation, built around Florida growers, Florida grass and schedules that do not move.
How we work
Most of what we do is commercial site development: new construction, roadway work and large properties where sod is one line on a long schedule. We also deliver and install for homeowners inside our residential service area.
We were known as Local Sod and Landscape. The name is changing to Local Sod FL, and the work is the same: fresh cut Florida sod, honest grass advice, and crews who show up when they said they would.
Why contractors call us
- Commercial site development, new construction and roadway work are our core, not a side line
- Local to Central Florida and Southwest Florida
- We deliver our own sod, so the person quoting knows the truck schedule
- Grass advice that matches the site, the sun and the irrigation you actually have
- A clear residential service area, so you know before you call whether we cover you
